This new edition will allow experts from about thirty countries to discuss and define the evolution of the international classification table in Holstein breed. One objective of that meeting is to harmonize classification methodology among countries in order to provide more reliable morphological data to Interbull. Theoretical meeting and pratical exercises will be combined to that purpose.
Exceptionally, this workshop will take place during the Salon International de l'Agriculture in Paris. This show gathers producers and breeders from all parts of France and some foreign countries, revealing French agriculture's richness and diversity. You will be able to visit it and also attend the National Holstein Show on March 1st.
During that show, the very best French Holstein cows will compete (100 Black and White and 15 Red and White). This will be a great opportunity for us to illustrate the type improvement of our French cattle.
We invite you to prolong your stay to fully explore the show and, of course, to (re)discover one of the most beautiful cities in the world!
We look forward to welcoming you in Paris for a profesionnal and festive event.
